２日続けてBBQ
この週末は、２日続けて庭でバーベキューディナー。友人数人に声をかけたのだけれど、あまりに急で、だ〜れもあいていなかったから、家族だけでひっそりと（？）。
土曜日は、万能ネギ、にんにく、庭の大葉を牛肉の薄切りでまいたの（ワサビ醤油で）、マッシュルームの白ワイン蒸しタイム風味、チーズをとかしてパンにつけて、とうもろこし、さつまいも、鶏胸肉＆トマト＆玉葱のホイル蒸し。赤ワイン。
日曜日は、イサキのフェンネル風味焼き、プチトマト、牛肉のタイ風ソース、鮭（辛味大根＆醤油で）、ししとう、カリフラワーのタンドーリ風、ごはん。ビール、赤ワイン。最後に、いただきものの仙台銘菓の三色最中を焼いて食べたら、皮がパリッとして最高だった！
お風呂に入ってしまって、庭で水七輪で焼きながら食べること２時間。ゆったりした週末のディナーはこれに限るなあ、、と思うのでありました。
