メカブの味噌汁
昨日、友人が仕事にしているコダワリの冷凍食品会社Sの無料試食会を我が家で開いてもらった。息子の学校のお友達のお母さんたち７人に来てもらってのこの会。キッチンを開放して、鍋だのお皿だの提供し、料理の仕上げをしてもらうだけで、私も一緒に「食べる人」！ 気持ちだけ、ズッキーニのチーズグラタンを焼いたり、お茶を出したりしただけで、なんだかオキラク。
いろいろ試食させてもらった中で、メカブをお椀に入れて、味噌汁を注ぐ（三つ葉をうかせていたな、、）だけの味噌汁が、意外なおいしさ。考えてみれば、うちでも生の青のりだの、フノリだの、あともちろんワカメとか、味噌汁の具にしているんだもんね、、、。早速今朝の味噌汁はメカブにしてみました〜。
