イタリア懐石

　先週の金曜日、午後から仕事に出るという夫と二人で、近所にできたイタリア懐石の店Eのランチにでかけました。「懐石」ということで、パスタを食べるのもお箸。パスタランチは１９００円程度（だったはず）。ニンジンのピュレをのせたポルペッティ（小さな肉だんご）とじゃがいもとシーフードのマリネの前菜、はまぐり入りコーンスープ、自家製のパン２種（ルーコラ入りフォカッチャとセモリナ粉入りのパン）、口なおしにと、自家製ピクルス、夫が頼んだパスタはトリガイと山ウドのオイルベースのスパゲッティ、私のがイワシとフキのプッタネスカ、で、コーヒーとデザート（３種の盛り合わせ）。

ウチの回りって、結構イタリア料理のレベルが高いので、「オッ」というほどのことはなかったかなあ。１９００円とるんなら、イワシはオイルサーディン缶は使わないでほしかったなあ。たぶんフキも水煮を買ってきてつかっているようで香りが薄かったなあ、、というのは残念な点。パンもルーコラのペーストを入れているということだったけれど、色こそきれいながら、ルーコラならではの、、というのは感じられなかった。
デザートは全体にかなり甘目。ワサビのセミフレッドというので、期待したけれど、甘いだけ。面白かったのは、パッションフルーツのツブツブが入ったプチフール。こういう食感をわざと残しているのは私好み。あと、道明寺粉を使ったライスプディング。これもネットリまったりした道明寺特有の舌触りが気に入りました。以前、知人が１kg入りの道明寺粉を送ってくれたことがあって、「いったい何につかったらいいんだ、こんなに？」と困った覚えがありますが、そうか、こういうのもアリなんだな、と納得。とういうことは、たとえばグラタンなんかに入れたっていいわけだ、、。今後の何かにいかせそう、、。
