トマトのヘタ
昨日、八百屋のおじさんにすごいことをきいてしまいました。以下がその会話。
「このトマトのにおいかいでごらん」「？」（はっきりいって、とくににおいというにおいはないんだけれど、、、、）「じゃあ、これでは？」といって、トマトのヘタをクニュクニュッともんで、それを私の鼻先にもってきたおじさん。「え〜？なにこれ〜！ぜ〜んぜん違う！」と思わず２０代のOLさんみたいなリアクションをしてしまった私。でもほんとに違うの。野菜の香りというか、、、。「青っくさいからいやだっていう人もいるかもしれないけれど、ヘタは入れたまま料理しないと、トマトのこの香りをいかさなくっちゃ」とのこと。
みなさんトマトを食べるときに、ヘタをクニュクニュ、是非是非、試してみてくださいね。
