ミューズリー
ここのところ、ミューズリーを買いおくようになりました。砂糖は入っていない、ごくごくシンプルなもの。家でパソコンにむかって一人で仕事していると、つい「さ、お茶でも飲むか」とか「ちょっと一口」とかってことにでもしないと、かなりつらくなる時があるのです。やおら、自力整体（１年くらい前から週に１回やっているヨガと気功とをくみあわせたようなもの）なんかはじめて気分転換ってこともあるけれど、、。で、ちょっと一口に何がいいかなあと思ったときに、ミューズリーとヨーグルトっていうのが最近のマイブーム。ワリワリと食べていると、アゴが疲れるくらい（フランスで食べたバゲットサンド以来かも）、で「アゴの鍛錬（？）になるぞ」とか、「これで繊維はたっぷり」なんて一人にんまりしたりしながら食べているのであります。腹持ちがいいので、打ち合わせがあって昼ご飯にありつけるのはかなり遅くなるかも、なんて時にも便利。
