昼から肉食べ過ぎた
昨日は、７月の上旬に予定している川崎のO小学校での食育ワークショップ「食の探偵団」で行う変幻自在レシピの試作で忙しかった。変幻自在レシピって、ひとつのレシピから、何をポイントにして、どうアレンジしていくかをお教えする調理実習のようなもので（はやく言えば、私流のレシピづくりのネタ公開ってことです）、大人のワークショップの中でも人気のプログラム。
ポルペッティ（小さな肉団子みたいなもの）をいろいろ試作したら、か〜な〜り、イケテル味のものができあがりました。でも１つ食べて肉25gでしょ？４種類でしょ？1回で味が決まるわけじゃないでしょ？というわけで、食の探偵団副団長田平と二人、「もうお腹が肉だらけ！」
大体昼食時にこういう試作はもってくるのだけれど、途中でひらめいて「そうだ、＊＊＊を買ってきて混ぜてみよう」とかってこともあるから、昼をはさんでまた試食ってこともあり。胃拡張になりそうだ、、、。
