夫がいぬ間に和食、、
ウチの夫、生まれてから２２歳までアメリカで育った日系アメリカ人二世。もう日本に住んでいる方が長くなってしまったものの、食習慣についてはやはり「純日本人」とは相当かけ離れている。二日酔いの日に「あ〜ピザ食べたい」というのは、私の回りではほとんど「伝説」になっている。
朝食は和食がいいという夫ではあるが、夜には和食をあまり食べたがらない。「今日は遅いから食事いらない」といわれると、ウチの夕食は和食になることが多い。煮っころがしとか、おひたしとか、煮物とか、煮魚、焼き魚、な〜んでもないような日本の家庭料理ってしみじみおいしいと思う。最後の晩餐は、ぬか漬けと炊きたてのおいしいご飯、そして丁寧にいれた緑茶を飲んでさようなら、が理想かな、私は。
というわけで、今晩は夫が遅いので、和食！カジキが生でおいしそうだったので、これに片栗まぶしてちょいとフライパンで焼いて、酢醤油味で食べようっと。1個５０円（！)で売っていた地場のキャベツの半分をさっとゆがいて赤梅酢につけたのには、庭の大葉をたっぷり千切りにして添えようっと。厚揚げ、シメジ、にんじん、タケノコ（最近冷凍でくさみが全然ないタケノコが手に入るので便利！）は、みりんと醤油で煮物、庭の山椒の葉をちらして。庭のニラでニラタマ！あとは味噌汁、漬け物、ご飯。風呂あがりのビール（ウチはご飯の前にお風呂すませてしまうので、、）ではじまる、今夜のご飯でありました。
