またもBBQ
今年の夏は、今のところ、夜になってから涼しくなってくれて嬉しい。な〜んといってもBBQができるし、、。あまりに暑いとやはり冷房がきいた家の中に入ってしまいがちだものね。この土曜日は、息子がサッカー合宿で留守。どこかしゃれたレストランにでも行くか、という話もあったのだけれど、結局「やっぱりウチでBBQにしよう」に落ち着いたのでありました。
八百屋さんでもらった甘唐辛子、天然の鯛の塩焼き、骨つきの豚ロース肉（厚みが５cm近くあるもの）、チーズ（とかしてパンにつけて）、焼きとうもろこし、焼き茄子、ガーリックトースト（これも炭火で焼くとまたひと味違う！）。豚ロース肉は夫のアドリヴで、塩、胡椒、ライチ酒、にんにく、赤唐辛子、砂糖少々で味つけたのだが、これが「うまっ」と思わず声をあげるほどの美味。焼き方も抜群だった。鯛は翌朝の潮汁用に骨と頭を使いたかったので、単純な塩焼きにして各自の皿で醤油をかけて食べる（ちなみに翌朝の潮汁は焼かずに作るのとはひと味違う濃厚さで、これまた美味でありました）。ライムが安かったので、コアントローとテキーラでマルガリータを作り堪能。マルガリータって、すごく好きなカクテルなのでありました。
