ついうっかり、、
夕べ、炊飯器をセットして寝るのを忘れていたので、朝おきて娘の弁当どうしようって、一瞬焦った。さすがにこの暑さで、夜に炊いた御飯もたせるわけにもいかないし。で、冷凍庫にあったピタパンをさっと焼き、中にいれる具を作る。冷蔵庫にあったマッシュルーム、はなびらだけ、空心菜と冷凍してあった豚コマとを酢、砂糖、醤油、生姜の味付けで炒めて卵でとじたものを具にしたの＝これが１つ目。買い置きのソーセージを焼いたのと、赤ピー＆緑ピーをみりん＆中国醤油で炒めたのを一緒にいれて、これで２つ。それに、プチトマト２個と、娘にせがまれたゼリー（前に冷凍してあった葛桜入れてやったら、デザートはもってきちゃだめなんじゃな〜い？と回りにいわれたというのに、ゼリーだと皆がもってきているからいいんだって。私には理解できないルール、、）、クリームチーズを入れて、ふ〜っできあがりっ。ピタパンを冷凍庫に常備しておくのって、たすかるんだ、、。和風の惣菜でもあうし、。
