油断をすると、、
この週末、家をあけていて帰ってきたら、ありゃりゃ、、。やはり予感ってあたるものなのね。梅干にカビが、、。私にとって初めての経験！今年の梅がイマイチだったのもあるけれど、重しをはずして皿だけの重さにしていたけれど、梅酢の中に梅干し隠れていると思っていたら、皿が真っ平らではないために、その部分だけ、微妙に梅酢の外に出ていたみたい、、。
というわけで、大騒ぎ。家にあった本の中に「カビが出た場合の処置」というのがあったので、そのとおりに、カビがはえた梅干をとりのぞき、すべての梅を焼酎で洗い、容器を消毒し、梅酢はペーパータオルでこす、の作業をさっき終えたところ、、。焼酎がたりなかったから買いにいったり、、、という時間をいれたら、これだけで２時間近くかかってしまった。ふ〜っ。自分に「おつかれさま」。あとは土用に干すまで無事でいてくれますように。やはり毎日しっかりチェックせねば、、。
