息子の誕生日ディナー
元・海の日の生まれの息子の誕生日ディナーを、わけあって、何度かにわけてすることに。はじめの日のリクエストは「エビフライ！」。というわけで、エビフライほぼ食べ放題状態の他に、味噌と黒みつと醤油で味をつけた煮込みハンバーグ、トマトとサラダ菜の和風サラダ、最近お気に入りのデフェールのケーキ。次の「誕生日ランチ」のリクエストはオムライス。
ウチのオムライスは、色々な具（今回は、玉葱、にんじん、しいたけ、グリーンピース、ソーセージ、赤、黄パプリカ、コーン）を炒めて赤ワインとケチャップたっぷりで調味して味をしみこませたところにご飯を投入。これを型で（といってもぽってりしたコーヒーカップだったり、小さなボウルだったり）ぬいた上に、バターで焼いた半熟オムレツを帽子のようにのっけるスタイル。息子、しっかりおかわりしました。
さらに、その夜の「２度目の誕生日ディナー」のリクエストは、コロッケ。な〜んか子どもらしくてわかりやすいヤツ、、（そのくせ、チーズはウォッシュタイプとブルーに目がないという、変なやつなんだけれど）。コロッケ食べまくりたいというから、芋２kg分つくりましたよ。それが、家族４人でほぼ完食に近いんだから、恐ろしい、、、。他にはマッシュルームスープとサラダとご飯。で、その後にさらにケーキに突入。ロウソクたてて、Happy Birthday! おなかこわさないといいけど、、。
