ニラバーグ
先日ふと庭にボウボウのびているニラと、冷凍庫にストックしてあった豚挽肉を見て、「よしニラバーグを作ってみよう」と、適当に卵だのパン粉だの玉葱（炒めないで加えちゃう）だの椎茸だのをまぜてコネコネして焼いてみたら、醤油と大根おろしで食べるのがなかなか旨いんだな。子どもたちも最後の１個をどっちが食べるかで、「さんま」するし（さんまって、先に３回勝った方が勝ちらしいのだけれど、なんで「さんま」なんだろう？）、好評だった。それに気をよくして、今日もまた庭のニラを大量にチョンチョンして、今回はにんにくもどっちゃり入れて作ったら、これもご飯がすすむんだな。ウチの夏のハンバーグの定番のひとつになりそう。
