食育基本法
６／１０に食育基本法が成立してから、食育という言葉が前にもましてきかれるようになってきた。今日は、食育コーディネーター養成を目的とした講座の講師として、プログラムの作り方といったことを、参加者のプレゼン、それについての話し合い、食の探偵団の考え方、準備の仕方などのネタ公開＆ミニ探偵団の体験といった形で行なってきた。みんなからでてきたプログラムを見ていると、もう明日からすぐにでもいいプログラムができそう、というのも数件あり、とくに地域の特性をいかしたもの、普段の自分の生活に密着したところからでてきているプログラムには説得力があった。こういう力をうまく活かすことができたら、日本の食もずいぶん変わるだろうなあ、、と、なんだか心強くなった次第。
仕事をおえて家に戻り、丸1日留守番してくれた二人の子らとしばし遊んでから、冷蔵庫にある物と相談して夕食づくり。台風のせいか、新潟の義母にたのんだお米が届かず、米がないのが痛い！冷凍で届いていた鶏の手羽元と、トマト、黄パプリカ、玉葱で、水を使わない煮込みを作って、茹でたマカロニを和えてパスタの夕食。それにロメインレタスときゅうり、紫玉葱でサラダ。おしまい、という簡単なもの。ワインをきらしていたのも失敗！！食後にボンベイサファイアでも飲むか、、。
