おいし〜い手みやげ
今日、仕事の打ち合わせで、浅草に住んでいるという男性が手みやげにもってきてくれたのが、亀十のどら焼きと最中。見るからにおいしそうなどら焼きは、白あんと粒あんとの２種類。昼ご飯は、仕事のパートナーと、夏休み中の子どもたち２人とで、先日作ったローストチキンの残りをほぐし、ラムバーガーを食べたときにつくったちょいとギリシャ風（ミントとコリアンダー、玉葱などが入る）のヨーグルトソースだとか、赤ピーマンとコーンのサラダの残りだとか、フロマージュブランであえたポテトサラダとか（実はこれ全部、夫が作ったものだ、、）を適当に混ぜて、冷凍のピタパンを焼いていれて食べた。その後に、いきなり「和」にもどって、やおら取り出したのがこのどら焼き。久しぶりにどら焼き食べたけれど、まわりはほわっと軽くて、中の餡はしっかりしていて、濃いめにいれた日本茶との相性抜群！私は白あんがとくにお気に入り。あ〜、明日は最中が楽しみっ！
