満腹中枢がまずい、、
昨日の日中、冷房をいれずに一日家で原稿なんぞ書いていたのだが、ふと気付いたら頭がクラクラしていた。これはまずいと冷房をいれたのだが、口の中が渇いて水分がいくらでも入ってしまう。それでも下腹部がひんやり冷たい、、。さらにまずいのは、なぜか満腹中枢に影響があった（そんなばかな！！）ようで、いくらでも食べられちゃう。それが今日まで続いていて、朝ご飯食べたすぐ後で、プラム1個、ヨーグルト＆ミューズリを食べちゃうし、夫の母から、新潟の絶品の枝豆が届き（だだ茶豆なんて目じゃない！新潟の外に滅多にでないくらいで、１０月すぎまで次々品種が変わっていくのよ〜ん）これまた、ドンブリ1杯くらい食べてしまう、、。
今日の夜だって（夫が留守なのでさっぱり系！）、薬味たっぷりの冷や奴と、鶏肉に玉葱、椎茸他野菜をいれたそぼろに、きゅうりのたまり漬け（自家製。でも娘の宿題の残骸で、さまざまな切り方のきゅうりが存在している、、）、山ごぼうの醤油漬け他漬け物いろいろ、蒸しブロッコリーに、鶏肉を蒸したスープで煮たアスパラ、ゴーヤチャンプルーの残り、といった献立がおいしくておいしくて、しっかりご飯をおかわりしちゃうし、、。普段は間食なんて滅多にしないし、甘いものも一口食べたらもうOKというタイプの私だというのに、、。ここ数年、体重は一定しているのだけれど、、、ど、ど、どうしよう、、、、？これも暑さのなせるわざ？？？
２０代のころは、「シュークリームが食べたい」と思ったら太る路線にスイッチが入るしらせであった。ある時なんぞ、シュークリームがどうしても食べたくなって一気に４個たべ、それからはずみがついて（？）、１０kgも太ってしまったことがあるのです。でもその狂乱のような時期がすぎると、しっかりもとの体重に戻るもんだから、「風船のようだ、、」といわれたもの、、。同じような傾向のある男友達がいて（彼はやせていると、ハリソンフォードそっくりなんだが。奥様がきちんと管理しているせいか、最近はいつもハリソンフォードだ）太ると、ムムム、、、、なわけ。でも３０代になってからは、体重はむしろ低めに安定だというのに、、。何が私をそうさせるのか。明日はもとにもどるのか？（でないと困るんだけどね）
