胃が夏バテ？
ここのところ、食欲がな〜い。といっても「お腹すいた〜」と騒ぐ子どもらがいるから、料理作らないわけにはいかないんだが。夫が出張中ということもあって、ついつい簡単な料理になりがち、、。今朝はとりわけ眠くて、おきたくなくて、弁当づくりも遅れ気味。中華せいろにご飯を平らに広げていれて、その上に冷凍してあったジャコを広げ、最後に庭のシソを細かく刻んで、白ゴマと一緒にたっぷり散らして、アツアツをそのまま食卓へ。これと弁当用につくっていたイワシの蒲焼きと漬け物、おわり。味噌汁作るの忘れてた。イワシの蒲焼きも半身だけで私は充分。でもシソのご飯はさっぱりして食欲なくても１膳はしっかり食べられた。これ、福島の料理旅館「田事」の朝食でワッパメシを食べて以来の、我が家の簡単朝ご飯メニューのひとつなのだ。
