しみじみ旨いお赤飯
中国からの研修生をウチに泊めたとは書いたけれど、その時に地元の友達がいろいろ持ってきてくれた中に、お赤飯があった。子どもの頃から、お赤飯っておいしいと思ったことがなく（妹は大好物だったんだけれど）、大人になってからも、しかたないケースでは炊くけれど、家族もとくに好きではないし（夫なんぞま〜ったく興味がないそうだ）、もう何年作っていないんだろうって感じ。
お客が帰った後、残り物たくさんだよな〜と思いながら一口つまんだお赤飯にびっくり。作ってくれた人の腕がいいのもあるとは思うのだけれど、お赤飯ってこんなにおいしかったんだっけ？おかずも何もいらない、で、立ったまま、一口、また一口と思わずたっぷり食べてしまう。
よく、年とると、やっぱり和食に戻るとかいうけれど、これがそういうことなのかしらん？お赤飯こんど自分でも作ろうかなあ（１０年ぶりかも、、）。
