ランチ昨日今日
昨日は、久しぶりに友人と二人で、近くのイタリアンレストランでランチ。パスタコース１９００円。前菜は、パルマハム＆巨峰、ミニ・ビシソワーズ、プチシューの中に生ハムのペースト、カンパチの刺身とルーコラ他のレモンドレッシング、モッツァレラ・ブッファラのトマトソースといったものがチョコチョコと長方形のお皿にのってでてくる。なかなかおいしい。パスタは、友人がホタテとツブガイのパスタ、私は飛騨牛の胃袋のパスタ。器がちょいと生け花の花器を思わせるような帽子をさかさにしたよう鉢で面白い。味はかなり旨かったのだが、最近昼はあまり食べないので、食べきるのに大変。最後はパレットのような形の平らな焼きしめの皿の上に、ブランドブラン（といっていた気がする）というデザート。カスタードのとココナッツのと２種類白いのを重ねたから、、と説明してくれたようだが、、。イタリア料理店なら、フランス語じゃなくて、イタリア語にしたらいいのになあ。デザートはことわろうかと思ったけれど、残すのもなあ、、と無理して食べてしまった。最近ほんとに胃袋が小さくなったものだ。昔だったら「２人前くらいほしいよなあ」といったくらいの量だというのに、、。
で、今日のランチ。彼岸をすぎるとやっぱりちょっと涼しくなってくる。今日の昼は、鯛の塩焼き（最近、娘がす〜ぐカゴに入れてしまうので、２週間に１度は鯛の釜やきと潮汁作っている気がする）の残りに水をたして煮出したところを塩で調味。冷凍ご飯を入れて、ネギと三つ葉の刻んだのをた〜っぷり入れたのを、大きめの鉢に移して、レンゲで食べた。これに漬け物。体があったまるし、鯛の旨さがグワ〜ンとしみて、おいしいんだなあ。一人の食卓こそ、ちょいとカッコつけて、お盆の上にきれいに食器を並べていっただっきま〜す、なのでした。
