富士山できのこ狩り２
３時間たっぷり歩いてとったきのこを持って、丹沢の料理店まで戻ると、「キノコ先生」が鑑定してくれる。テストの採点を待つ子どものようにちょっとドキドキ。スーパーの籠にたっぷりとったきのこのうちの半分以上は、残念ながら食用にならない。毒というのもあるし、下痢しやすい、とか、落ち葉の上にはえている丈の低いのは、たい肥のような匂いが強くて食用にならない、とか、それぞれのキノコの名前や、その由来を説明してもらいながら、仕分け。
で、残ったのが、これだ！
