野菜がバリバリ食べたいっ。
先週は、毎晩のように夫不在の食卓であったこともあり、仕事もなにくれとなくあって、毎晩「３０分で作る晩ご飯」状態。「あれも作ろうかな？」「でも、ま、いっか」というパターンにおちいりがちなのよね。同じに３０分で作る晩ご飯でも、前もって「冷凍庫にある＊＊を解凍しておこう」とか、「乾物を水に入れておこう」とかっていう、作業はほとんどないけど頭では考えておくというのがまったくなく「３０分」だと、まずいのよね〜。
というわけで、週末のキノコ三昧の食卓もあったんだけれど、私としては「野菜がぜったいぜったい足りない」という一種の禁断症状におちいったわけでした。で、まずはおやつに（？）、レタス半分と赤＆黄パプリカに、適当に作ったドレッシングをかけて一人で完食。夕食には、なぜかここのところず〜っと食べたかった肉じゃが、ゆでピーナッツ、根菜たっぷりのけんちん汁（た〜っぷり万能ねぎのせ）、ほうれんそうのおひたし。これに、娘からリクエストされていたママカリの酢漬け、辛子めんたい高菜、イカの塩からなんぞ並べてご飯。で、そろそろ読者の方々にも予想がつくように、この日も、夫不在の夕食でありました（夕食が和食っていうのはそういうことなのよね〜）。
