今日のランチ
友人２人をまねいてランチ。午前中は外出していたので、朝のうちにだいたいしこめるような簡単料理を準備。カヴァ（スペインの発泡ワイン）、トマトとモッツァレラとバジルをタラゴンビネガーであえた前菜、スペアリブとにんじん、エリンギ、じゃがいもの、庭のハーブ＆にんにく煮込み、アボカド＆炒めてオールスパイスで軽く香りをつけたなす＆自家製ガーリッククルトン入りのサラダ、バナナのコアントロー風味、マリアージュフレールのマルコポーロ。ご飯は赤米と麦入りの土鍋ご飯。
いろいろおしゃべりしながら食べるのってやっぱり楽しい。
今日の夜は、夫不在なので、残り物オンパレードになりそう。スペアリブの残りでしょ、サラダの残りでしょ、で、カレーでもつくるか、と思っていたら、うっかり玉葱をきらしていたので、急遽筑前煮もどきを作っているところ。たっぷり作っていた具だくさんの味噌汁もあるし、昨日の夜のきゅうり＆豚肉の炒めものもあるし、、。ご飯も冷凍ものがたまっているから、それで。ちょっとお気楽夜ご飯。今晩のウチのご飯は、自分の美意識（？）からすると、う〜ん、とうなってしまうものになりそう。むか〜し、ある女性作家（料理が得意らしい）が雑誌で「メキシコ料理ならメキシコ料理で、徹頭徹尾そうでないといやなんですよね。フランス風のお惣菜とご飯とか、、」と話していたのが、もう２０年以上も前の事なんだけれど、頭の片隅に残っている。その影響もあるのかしらん、、。でもシチューにご飯ってのは平気でやるけど。
