試作の日々
またも朝から試作続き。昨日の夕方、ひどく腰が痛くておきあがれないほどだったのだけれど、湯たんぽを抱いて寝たら今朝は大丈夫。というわけで、試作の日だ。豆腐と寒天を使ったデザートとか、残りご飯を使ったキッシュとか、菊料理とか、チーズを使った料理とか、、。実は４つの別の仕事の試作をいっぺんにやっているから、自分でも途中でわからなくなってくる。秋休みで家にいる娘が試食がかり。「キャラメルソースはいいけど、小さい子をもつ親むけだと、苦味がだめな場合もあるから、むしろ黒みつの方がいいんじゃないの？」とか、「キッシュはもう少しチーズがきいていた方がいいな。トマトソースをかけるとおいしそう」とか、一人前の批評をしている。普段は一人でひたすら作ってレシピに書き取って食べているので、食べてくれる人がいるのは嬉しい。さてもうひと頑張りせねば、、。
