花巻
小麦粉とベーキングパウダーとちょっと砂糖があると、か〜んたんにできちゃう花巻。今日のお昼は、残りもの（肉そぼろとか、ラムのバーベキューの残りをくずしたのとか）とか、ゴマ油ちょいとぬって、黒砂糖と白ごまをちらしたのとか、を、花巻生地でまく。「また残りものかあ」という声はぜんぜんでてこなくて、「おいしいおいしい」。
花巻の生地の作り方を参考までに、薄力粉 200g、砂糖20g、ベーキングパウダー大さじ１弱を、１／２カップ程度のお湯を入れてコネコネ。これを半分にして、薄くのばしたら、その上に具をおいてクルクル（ジャムを塗るだけでもgood）。これを輪切りにして、小さく切ったオーブンペーパーにひとつずつのせて、蒸し器で１５分。ね、簡単でしょ？
