手作りピザ
ここのところ、インド料理にこっていた夫。しばらくぶりに、一時凝りまくっていた夫のピザが登場。土曜日からドウの生地のしこみに入り、ゆっくり発酵させていた。で、日曜日の晩は久しぶりに、家族でピザづくり。羊の手作りソーセージ、トマトソース、ピーマン、炒めた玉葱、チーズという具のが３枚、生ハムとチーズと炒めた玉葱という具が２枚（一部にウチで育てたハラペニョペッパーのせ）、娘が考えたチョコ＆バナナのデザートピザが１枚。これにサラダ。よく炒めた玉葱の甘味って大好き。
自分だけのピザづくりに励む息子
