寒くて体調最悪
40代になってから「冷やしちゃだめ」という昔の人の言葉が身にしみる、、。冷え症という言葉が理解できない私だったのになあ、、。昨日の夜は、７時半すぎまでずっとつまっていて、食事の準備をする暇もなかったのと、かなり体力が落ちていたことで、近くのカフェで外食。讃岐うどんなんぞも食べることができるので、微熱がある私としては、すごくいい感じだった。家に帰って早寝。
