寒い日はあったかい料理で
ここのところ、子どもらが秋休みで、昼ご飯もそれなりに作らなくちゃいけないのよねえ、、。
今日は午前中は娘の学校の用事ででかけ、午後はあるイベントの内容の吟味やら、レシピの仕上げやらしている間に、習い事の送り迎えしたり、なんやで落ち着かない日を暮らしてしまった。夕方からは寒くなってくるし、、。体調はまだ完全復帰とはいかないし、、。こういう日って、心も体もあったまるシンプルなスープ系がいいんだなあ。
というわけで、今晩は、鶏肉と舞茸（これが天然ものに近いとかで、うまっ！）とレンティル（フランスのデピュイの！形からして違うの、、）と玉葱で、クミン風味のシンプルな具だくさんスープ。それにキャベツとじゃがいもとさといもを茹でてつぶしてから、お好み焼きみたいに両面焼いて、スコットランドの料理コルカノン風。あと、夫が焼いたパンを、スープにひたして食べる予定。あつあつの具だくさんのスープは翌朝ご飯を入れてリゾット風という楽しみもまたあるのです。
