またインドからのお客さま
昨年暮れから、今年の春先にかけて、インドからのお客さまが随分続いていたのだが（で、ベジタリアンだから鰹だしもダメだけど、和食で、、なんていうリクエストもあり大変だった、、）、この週末、５か月ぶりにインドからの客人をお迎え。３名。一人は牛肉がだめだけれど、後の二人はなんでもOKというので結構気楽。プラス、日本人が２人。午前中仕事で外出していたので、夫が料理のメインを担い、簡単でカジュアルな料理を準備。
メニューは、ほうれんそうのギリシャ風ヨーグルトソース（私）、はまぐり＆エビ＆カニ＆ホタテの白ワイン蒸し（夫）、鶏肉とドライドトマトのフィリピン風煮込み（私）、香菜とミントのソースをかけたラムバーガー（夫が炭で焼く）、フライドポテト（私）、焼きりんご（私）。踊りが大好きな人たちだったので、酒が入ってからは、ウチの居間でみんなで踊りだし、大変な騒ぎ(さすがボリウッドの国だ！でも楽しかった〜）。ビールが１５本、ワインが8本、さらにフェニー（カシューフルーツから作るインドの酒）が１本あきました。二日酔いだ。
