フレンチのランチ
水曜日、久々に会う友達とサンク・アロマというフランス料理店でランチ。前菜とメインとデザートが選べるプレフィクススタイル、２５００円。蟹とパルミジャーノレジャーノの前菜、さつま芋のポタージュ、パンタード（ほろほろ鳥）のコンフィ、プラムのデザート、コーヒー。相手は、メインで子羊のクスクス、デザートで栗のクレームブリュレ（300円アップ）。自家製の果実酒をシャンパンでわったというキールロワイヤル（でもあれ、カシスだったんだっけ、、、おぼえてないや）がお友。おいしかったのだけれど、コンフィは、同じ味を食べ続けるには量が大すぎたのが難（パンタードのもも肉１本分だもんね、、）。肉の分量もう少し少なめで、付け合わせの豆の量を増やしてほしいなあ、個人的には。あるいは他の野菜のつけあわせでもいいのだけれど、、。開店当初にくらべて、あまり冒険したメニューがなくなったようなのは気のせいかしらん。でも友人とゆっくり会話も楽しめてマルでありました。デザートは秀逸。
