とにかく魚が食べたいのッ
ここのところ、買い物に出る暇もなく、冷凍の肉類を解凍しつつ、日々の献立をどうにかこなしていたら、とにかく朝から「今晩は魚、今晩は魚だ」と頭でなく私のお腹がつぶやいているって感じ。でも買い物に行くことができたのが６時半だったから、近くのスーパーの魚売り場がイマイチさみしい。それでも久しぶりにマナガツオを見つけたので、台湾風の野菜たっぷりゴマ油炒め煮を作る。ゆでキャベツの梅酢和え、舞茸の昆布塩炒め、すぐきの漬け物（市販）。そうそう、後は新潟のコシヒカリの新米！
生協さんでも冷凍の魚は扱っているけれど、やっぱり味はちょっと、なのよね。やはり買い物にでなくては、、。今思ったのだが、最近朝ご飯でゆっくり焼き魚を食べるというのが少なくなっているから（朝ご飯、家族みんなバラバラになってしまっているので）、魚禁断症状に陥ったのかも、、。明日の朝は久々に娘の部活が午後からとのことなので寝坊ができそう。さばの干物や〜こうっと。
