久しぶりにゆっくり朝食
土曜日は、娘の部活が午後だったので、久々に朝ご飯に家族全員の顔が揃い、炊きたての土鍋ご飯、焼き立てのサバの干物、漬け物類、なめこの味噌汁、舞茸と菊の花の炒めもの、という気分的に充実の朝ご飯。これだけで、なんか嬉しい。夜はずっと外食続きだった夫が「そういえば、俺、今週の夜に焼き魚を２回も食べちゃったよ。普段の朝に焼き魚を食べないと焼き魚に飢えるんだな」だって。夜は和食はあまり食べたがらない夫にしてそうなら、和食大好きな私が禁断症状になってもしょうがないわよね。子どもたちは、サバの皮を取り合い。
