日曜日は庭で七輪＆宇宙食のデザート
気持ちいい秋晴れ、となれば、夜は庭で七輪でしょう、、、。カンパチのカマの塩焼き＆大根おろしたっぷり、スペアリブの中華風、牛肉にネギ、シソ、にんにくを入れてまいたの、ブラウンマッシュルームとベーコンのホイル焼き、オクラの茹でたの、枝豆（新潟の特別品種だからまだ旬なの。さすがに今年最後なんだけれど）、土鍋ご飯。ちょっと野菜たりなめな気もするけど、ま、いいか。
デザート（？）に、娘が少し前に小金井にある多摩六都科学館なるところにでかけておみやげに買ってきてくれた宇宙食のアイスクリームなるものを食べる。ピンク、白、茶色にわかれているのは、ストロベリー、バニラ、チョコということなのか。食べると塩釜のような食感が、だ液とまじってトロトロという食感に変わってくる。もちろんアイスクリームのように冷たくはならない。うわっ、なんか気持ち悪いというのが私の印象、息子も同様。なんだけれど、娘は「結構おいしいじゃない！」だって。宇宙飛行の間、あんなものを毎日食べているのかと思うと、華やかな宇宙飛行士の仕事も楽じゃないなあ、、と改めて思うのでありました。
