地元のカフェで息抜き

　今週はまたまた忙しくなりそうで、朝からバタバタ。とはいえ、ランチはある友人とゆっくり久しぶりに話したいと、近くにできた新しいカフェKへ。メニューはあまりそそるものがなく、サーモンフライをバゲットにサンドしたものをとる。かなりのボリューム。フレンチフライまでついてきて、揚げ物ばかり、これには閉口。コーヒーのおかわりをついでくれるのと、椅子の座り心地が悪くなかったのはよいのだけれど、やはり２杯も飲むとダメだわ、、。早寝の私としたことが11時半になってもまだピカピカで眠れそうにない。明日も５時半おきなんだけど、、。それでも忙しいときほど、仕事と離れて、こういう息抜きがあるとその後がはかどっちゃうんだなあ。行く前は「仕事たくさんでまいった」と元気なかったのに、戻ってくる足取りは軽く、家事もサッサと片付けちゃうし、、。
　夜は、舞茸、にんじん、ねぎの味噌汁、しめ鯖（市販）、イカゲソと内臓あえたののホイル焼き、昨日のスペアリブの下煮した中華風の汁で大根を煮たの、漬け物類、トマト、枝豆、オクラ、土鍋ご飯。珍しく酒ぬき。
