思わぬ伏兵
しばらくぶりのBlog。というのも、火曜日の夜中に右腰に激痛が走り、ベッドから一人でおきあがれず、靴下も自分ではけない、という状態になってしまったもので、、。持病の座骨神経痛であります。痛み止めのんで、整形外科までどうにかたどりつき、腰に神経ブロック注射をうってもらったら、少し楽に。朝は料理どころの話ではなかったので、子どもたちに残りものをチンしてもらって朝食（こういう時に限って夫が出張中なんですよね）。夜はそれでもありもので鍋を作って食べることに。椅子に座ることができないので、たったまま食事、、まいった。
