コルセットまいて新潟出張
できるだけ安静にということで、ここは腹をくくるしかないと、仕事はストップ、古い友人たちとのランチの約束も、息子の授業参観と保護者会もキャンセルして、寝ることに。というのも金曜日からは新潟への出張「食の探偵団」が待っていたもので、、。金曜日の朝にはコルセットをつければ、知らない人からはわからない程度に動けるようになったのでホッ。医者からは「長く座らない、中腰にならない、重い荷物はもたない」と厳命されたけど、しかたないしなあ、、。
でも「食の探偵団」無事終了。新潟のこども自然王国でのイベントについてはまた他のウェブサイトに報告をのせる予定ですが、ここの面白いのは、夕食、朝食の全メニューを、私のレシピで、厨房が作ってだしてくれること。参加者は「食の探偵団」を含め、1泊２日のお泊まり食事つきなのです。厨房のスタッフにしてみれば、私の料理を食べたことがない中で（それも変わった料理が多いし）、レシピからのみ再現し、前日及び当日朝に私がチェックさせてもらって、それを客に出すというのは、なかなか大変なことだと思うのであります。どうしてもピタッと自分の味と同じ、というわけにはいかないけれど、彼らの奮闘にはほんとうに感謝です。
皆さんにも喜んでいただけて、いろいろお話もできて、私自身もパワーもらって帰宅。
