昨日はほんとに暑かった
家の中で打ち合わせをしているだけだったというのに、３時すぎくらいには頭が朦朧としてきたくらい暑かった。夜のニュースを見たら３６度！冷房つければよかった。
ある企業の秋号の広告にのせる料理の試作もして、打ち合わせに来てくれた人たち＆試験期間中で早く帰ってきた娘にランチがわりに試食してもらう。でも秋号なもんで、洋風の煮込み料理。こんな天気にはあわないんだな〜。食べたらますます暑くなってしまった、、、。ごめんね〜。
というわけで、夜はうって変わって居酒屋風。冷や奴、焼き鳥（胸肉とネギ）、エノキときゅうりとしその梅和え、サトイモの蒸したの（芥子醤油添え）、しめ鯖。でも今晩こそ酒抜き、と心に決めて帰ってきた夫。よく我慢したもの！私はといえば、夫が帰る前に缶ビールを一杯。
