たまねぎたっぷり天
昨日、近くのデパートの催事場で、大阪の老舗藤熊の「たまねぎたっぷり天」を試食したら、すっご〜くおいしかったので購入。包み紙に書いてあるところによれば、素材を石臼製法ですり身にし、揚げ油もゴマ油をブレンドした秘伝の油なんだそうな。たまねぎの甘さがなんともいえないし、ふっくらしたドーナッツ型で、軽い仕上がり。ポン酢と大根おろしで、といわれたけれど、このまま食べるだけで幸せ！
