苦瓜がうま〜い
９月になったとはいえ、今日はまた暑い日に逆もどり。八百屋さんで苦瓜を２本買ったら、おまけに２本つけてくれたので、全部で４本。たっぷり使わねば。私が一番好きなのは（子どもたちにはあまり人気がないが）これ。苦瓜を半分に割って、種をとり、斜め薄切りにしたら、さっと塩水でゆがく。冷水で色止めしてからぎゅっとしぼって器にもり、かつおぶしをたっぷりかける。それに味噌やゴマがベースの酸味のきいたタレを（手作りでなく市販のゴマだれなどでもよい）かけてから、冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やす。今朝実はこれを朝ご飯の一品に作ったのに、出すのを忘れていた。昼に何たべようかなあ、、と冷蔵庫を眺めてそのことに気付いたのだけれど、食べはじめたら、一人で全部（苦瓜１本分）完食。あ〜ッおいし〜い。今晩はゴーヤチャンプルーかな。
